Swimming Australia announces partnership with Tech Mahindra

Swimming Australia has announced a new partnership with a global leader in digital transformation, consulting and business redesign technologies and services, Tech Mahindra.
As the Official Technology Partner, Tech Mahindra will provide technical assistance to Australia’s leading Olympic and Paralympic sports, including superior efficiency, engagement, fan engagement and governance.
Tech Mahindra is a global leader in using next-generation innovations to deliver innovative and customer-centric online experiences. The company has its foothold in 90 countries and more than 1279 global customers.
In Australia, Tech Mahindra capitalizes on digital and data functionality to provide a comprehensive technology package and enhance customer experience. This collaboration will help Tech Mahindra solidify its position in the region as the company plans to drive clustering and leading economic expansion in the ANZ market.
The competence of Tech Mahindra, combined with Swimming Australia’s drive to be data-driven, will provide coaches and athletes with sports knowledge and insight ahead of the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris. Sports fans will be able to use the latest methods and advanced platform services to improve their game and provide an engaging fan experience.
As part of this joint effort, Tech Mahindra and Swimming Australia will remain focused on the user experience while building the infrastructure to expand the site’s advanced technology footprint. Swimming Australia’s team will benefit from Tech Mahindra’s next-generation digital engagement platform, which will enable them to deliver hyper-personalised data-driven fan experiences by leveraging the latest innovations such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented Reality (AR), and Virtual Reality (VR), among others.
